Vegas June '06

These Vegas nail gatherings just keep getting better and better. Just when you think you've experienced it all, something new happens, and you wonder how the previous ones could have been complete without it. Nonetheless, they have all been fantastic, and this one measures right up with them. Not only was this the largest group, by far, but we also got to go to a professional nail convention. It was unbelievable the amount of nails in one place, along with all the nail products, and being able to comfortably talk to all these other nail people about nails without feeling weird about it was just unimaginable. I would highly recommend any nail lover to attend at least one of these conventions. If you come out of there disappointed, then you just didn't do something right. That being said, here is a little walk down memory lane. You have probably already seen very similar pictures from the other attendees, but here it is through my eyes.

Rebs had been growing her own nails out after an unfortunate incident, but unfortunately just before coming to Vegas, she started having them break, so she decided to come to Vegas without her nails, but get them done here.
Luckily, we were able to find her a tech that would do her nails for her, and got very lucky that she did a good job. Here's Rebs getting acrylic applied.

Here we are after one coat. This was such a pretty color. Stay tuned to see how good the finished product looked.
With everybody else showing up, we just hung out at the Nails-A-Lon Compound for a bit. We tried to play some pool, but Tig insisted that she be the one to rack the balls.
This makes concentrating on playing the game very difficult.
She just couldn't keep her nails off our balls.
I think she was playing her own little game.
The best part about her game is, we were all winners.
